After purchase:
If your original ticket is still opened, go ahead and post the following information into the ticket a photo of the transaction or transaction ID into the ticket. If the ticket is not still opened, just open a new ticket and follow the same steps. The team will help with the rest!
Please be aware, once you bring it in the city, anyone will be able to wear it. It is brought in for the city to enjoy, not just you. Your name cannot be on the item.
